Controls

What we guarantee

Every invoice passes a documented control process before a dollar moves. These are the commitments that process makes.

How each control is enforced — what is measured, how it is scored, and the values that decide — is not published. Describing the detection would tell anyone attempting fraud how to stay beneath it. Counterparties under agreement receive the control description under NDA; auditors and lenders receive the full specification.

Confirmation never passes through a person who can be paid to change it
The approved amount and due date come from the operator's own accounting system, not from an email.
Three documents, or no funding
The invoice, a signed acceptance of the work, and the operator's own ledger entry. Missing any one of them stops the transaction.
Three roles, three different people
Whoever requested the work, whoever signed for it, and whoever approved payment must be three separate names. This is checked automatically, not by policy.
An invoice can be sold once
Every purchased invoice is registered so the same claim cannot be financed twice, here or elsewhere.
Every funded invoice is reconciled against the operator's own books
Monthly, the invoices we funded are matched against the operator's accounting records and against the cash actually received. Any discrepancy is investigated within five days.
Irregularities are reported to the operator, not billed to them
What we find inside an operator's payables goes to their internal audit at no charge.
