The invoice is
already agreed.
Only the cash
is missing.

Congolese subcontractors are paid in 30 to 90 days by the mining operators legally obliged to use them. We buy those invoices once the operator has confirmed them, and pay the supplier now.

Performed goods and services only. No purchase order financing.

Two acceptance standards

Standard Operators that clear our counterparty control tests, with legal sign-off on record.

Restricted Operators that do not, financed under different terms.

The platform never infers ownership or control. It records legal counsel's answers and routes deterministically from them.

Every operator must be an offshore procurement or treasury entity, or a local entity backed by a parent payment guarantee. A bare local subsidiary is never funded.
