What we are, and what we are not
We purchase receivables outright. We are not a bank, we do not take deposits, and we do not lend money to suppliers. A supplier is never our borrower: we buy an invoice its customer has already approved, and the customer pays us.
Nothing on this platform is investment advice, legal advice, tax advice or an offer of securities.
Service of notice
Formal notice is validly served on us by email to legal@[DOMAIN] and by courier to the registered address above. Notice by one route alone is not effective.
Notice to you is served at the email and address recorded for your company at onboarding. Keep them current; we act on what is on file.
Intellectual property
The platform, its software, its documentation, its scoring methods and the CONFIRMA name are ours or licensed to us. Nothing on this site grants any right to use them.
Third-party materials
The platform loads two typefaces from a third-party service. All other assets are served by us.
Accuracy
Figures shown on public pages are worked examples calculated by the platform's own pricing engine. They illustrate how a price is computed; they are not an offer, and the applicable terms for any transaction are those in the signed agreement.
