What it costs the supplier

Published, and the same for everyone

1% on the approved amount, plus 2.5% for each 30 days until the operator's existing due date. Nothing else.

A supplier can compute the cost before submitting an invoice. There is no negotiation from a position of need, and no discount that scales with how badly the money is wanted.

Tenor Total As a rate Supplier receives
30 days $3,500.00 3.5% $96,500.00
60 days $6,000.00 6% $94,000.00
90 days $8,500.00 8.5% $91,500.00

Shown on a confirmed invoice of $100,000.00. The fee is charged on the amount the operator approved, never the amount invoiced.

What we do not charge for

  • No application fee, and no charge for an invoice we decline.
  • No monthly minimum and no standing charge.
  • No charge to the operator, at any point, for anything.
  • No penalty if the operator pays late. That risk is ours, and it is priced in.

Operator payment terms never change. Suppliers are paid immediately; the operator pays us on the due date it already had.
